OMG..so sorry..I have old quilts from my Great Grandmother and Grandmother too..my dog was in heat..got blood on it..I didn't know it for a while..I took and washed it on gentle..laid it in the sun while wet..poured proxide on it and it all came out..that might work for you..hope this or somebody on the board can help you !!
