You can do it! I like to eat Cream of Wheat or Oats in the morning, with a banana or I fry some "skinny" meat with a slice of Kraft 2% cheese and let it all melt.., Eggo whole grain waffels are 3 pts for two and you can put a tbsp of peanut butter on it too! I usually have a 5 pt breakfast but on occassion I eat 7-8 points when I am really hungry.....Chobani yogurt is good too and very filling.
