I've always gotten up really early, usually between 4 and six. I have been known to get up around 2 or 3. I just dont require much sleep sometimes. But at the advice of those who've had to live with me its best not to talk to me for the first 30 minutes to an hour. My mind stays a little foggy till I get my coffee. And my eyes have time to clear the fog, I cant see well for about 30 minutes after I get up, its like looking through dirty glasses. I've had to explain to many people that I have low blood sugar, low heart rate, low blood pressure and for me waking up is like starting a old Plymouth on a cold winter day, I'll start but I need to warm up for a bit before pulling out of the drive.
