Had mine 3yrs ago at the age of 38. My heart mds gave me wonderful info. Also check with your local health dept. My cardiologist also sent me to visit a diatetion and has a healthy hearts support group that meets monthly. If your husband has to go to cardiac rehab, they helped me alot. And of course the American Heart Association is good. Good luck. My husband and I are both nurses and still had a hard time at 1st. Almost forgot our insurance company sent some good info too.
