Just a thought...There may be sample boxes of OxyClean floating around that someone could send to you if you can't find it in Germany. I know at one time they had small packets/ sample boxes. Maybe you can write to the company and ask for one?
Companies like to help customers, especially if they can open up a market in your area (via the Post commissary or other source). So why not just check out their website and ask?
