Here is a hint: Most salt is added by habbit. Take the salt out of the salt shaker, its better if its not see through like glass, and replace it with rice. You get the sound and feel of shaking salt, but no salt. :) Worked for my uncle as long as he was home. When he went out things became too salty and he started cutting back even more. He never knew about the rice. :)
