I have gotten myself so confused and finally decided to seek help. I have this design circulating throughout my brain for a quilt I want to make. My confusion comes from the point of having the design in my brain and putting it down on paper so I can see what it would look like. How do you experienced quilters go from your idea to getting the design into a quilt. I try to get it down on paper but it doesn't seem to look like I visualize. Any help is greatly appreciated.
