Here is the plans, we 'adjusted' the length and the width to fit what I was wanting. I ordered the 'clamps' from a place onliine then found them cheaper here:

The PVC pipe and fittings cost us right at $21.00 and then the clamps would cost about $12.00 off ebay. For a total of $33.00. It took my husband about an hour to cut and put it all together. They sell online for $70.00 & up PLUS shipping. So this is a great deal!
btw: we did not glue anything together so I could take it all apart and store it when I'm not using it.
