Weight Watchers is the only way I've been able to lose weight over the years. I'm a lifetime member, but haven't gone to meetings for a while and just do the points, not the points plus. Right now, I'm in a slump and gained 10# over the winter. I'm only 2# over my goal, but I just can't move the scale. I think I'll go to a meeting and try the points plus to re lose the 10 and feel better. It really does pay to write it down. If you don't, you just don't realize all that you eat.
