Gloves and a flashlight tells me things have been sitting around for awhile. You never know what kind of treasure you may find buried under a little bit of gunky stuff. Plus gloves and a flashlight spelled ADVENTURE. But really this place had stuff in a garage and shed that hadn't seen daylight for YEARS.
