I'm having the same problem. Last year, I only got about 2 dozen tomato's off 13 plants, thanks to the grasshoppers. This year I got control of the grasshoppers but with the nights so warm, nothing is setting blooms. My peppers are like yours. It's gonna be another wasted veggie year for me. I'm ready to give up on gardening!!
