I'm fairly new to quilting groups, in fact this is the first one that I have joined. I am a wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 3 (and raising one of these 3). I have found that quilting is quite soothing to the spirit and fun to see the expressions on the person you give it to. Looking forward to this new contest!
