I have my overlocker set up next to my sewing machine and I swivel the chair so that I use the right foot for my overlocker and the left foot for my machine and it really feels OK to do it this way. Lots of people have commented that they think I am ambidextrous in many ways, so perhaps that is the reason why. I don't notice until it is commented on.
