There is a yoga stretch for your hands and wrists to open up the carple tunnel and protect your circulation. Your local ciropractor can help you. It starts with your hands together like you are praying then while pressing them together rotate the tips of your fingers towards your chest and hold the possition for 1/2 a minute or what you can handle. Doctor Oz showed this on one of his programs. You could google him.
