I stuff pillowcase size bags w/ the smallest of scraps & selvage strips, stitch shut & donate to local animal shelter - they use for beds in the cages & they can be thrown into their washer as needed. Anything an inch or so bigger will get sorted into different color groups in tubs for scrappy quilts for a local children's home.
