Which one did you get? I bought 2 that I saw--the $13 and the $69 because I didn't know which one would do the job. I got the $69 one but it came with no instructions. I'm waiting for someone to get back to me regarding instructions. The $13 binder was due to come in the mail today but I haven't received it yet. My regular mailman is on vacation.
