I have a Brother Innovis 4000D, sewing/embroidering machine. It usually works beautifully but, even when it was new, sometimes the foot pedal just stopped working. Then I would press it again and it would work. It would keep doing this. There is no problem running it without the foot pedal. When it was still under warrentee, the dealer gave me a new pedal which solved the problem for a while, but about a year later it started again. The dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it when I took it for yearly maintenance, and it's been almost a year, and the problem just started again. Has anyone with this machine experienced anything like this?
