I toss the plastic ones. I use some of the wooden ones. Some uses--
I glued them on a cabinet as door pulls;
Screwed them into the wall on long screws and used them to hold up a curtain rod to hang a wall hanging;
Glued them onto pushpins and use them on the bulletin board;
Strung them on cords and made necklaces.
