I'll probably lay the blocks out in stacks. Take the origianl owners block and then add 11 more from the piles. I"ll figure it out somehow when the time comes
How about sorting as the envelopes arrive? Take the first twelve envvelopes that arrive and sort and set aside...the next set of twelve envelopes and so on...once you get towards the end and don't have another set of twelve you can swap and mix as needed few sets rather than the masses.
