thanks Suzie, and yes ducky this big lug of a cat (14 lbs.) won't leave me alone no matter what i'm doing. she has even stood on top of my sewing machine, lays on the paper when i'm trying to work a puzzle, lounges on the back of my chair when i'm sewing or reclining watching tv. she is such a pest, can't help but love her though.

I want a cat. I have been thinking of a dog or a cat for many months. I would like the companionship of a dog but the easy care of a cat. I work all day, live alone, and I don't know that it would be fair to get a dog and then leave it all day. Maybe an older cat would be best for me.
