Go to Taste of Home and search for "French Toast Strata". Ignore the syrup and just use your own (my recommendation, anyway.) This is really easy & delicious & made the night before and put in frig until baking. We serve this for huge crowds, like 150 and never hear complaints. Just mmmm.....good!
