Two yrs ago I worked with ladies to make some cloth diapers which were made with this expensive fabric called "PUL" that was the diaper cover part
That part was waterproof - you put in inserts. All so new
to this grandma because I used white flannel in my times.
Supposed to get church group together to do large charity project but never happened. A mom had got all info from the internet.
