Here's a link to something with tigers

http://www.jandofabrics.com/Uploads/...28647_full.jpg

It would be perfect if they were dogs - the repeat is quite wide and the images are larger than 3" which means when I cut the triangles to make my hexagons, I'll chop into the pictures, which is what you want! Also the backgound is busy and there are spaced out patches of different colours. The repeat seems to be about 12" if you count from the top of the rock on the lower right to the same rock at top middle. You need to cut 6 full repeats to get sets of six identical triangles which make up into hexagons, so for a 12" repeat, you would need at least 72" of fabric plus plenty of fudge allowance! For such a short repeat, you would make two stacks so a total of 144" ie 4 yards. The book says to get 4 1/2 yards. According to my instructions, the best is a 24" repeat but these are hard to come by! Maybe I can convince my friend to breed tigers instead of lurchers?! :D

Sorry to be so picky but it won't work otherwise! Thanks everyone for looking!
