Yes, the 319 takes cams - it also has a very interesting "typewriter key" method of selecting the built-in stitches. Beautiful machine! :)
It takes a 206 system needle - those are usually pretty expensive when you can find them as new old stock (NOS) but you can buy modern replacements in sizes 12 & 14 from some sellers. Jenny at
