I loved your rag quilt in another post. I had some questions which were (1) what size squares did you use, (2) what kind of batting did you use and (3)were these cotton squares. I purchased a rag quilt square purse from and internet site. It was made from 5" charm squares and consisted of (on one side) 2 rows of 3 blocks; the ends were 2 squares each; the bottom was a row of 3 squares. The handles are about 2" wide and they are ragged as well and each about 20" long. If I had a camera I would take a picture, but I don't. I really believe since you have already done a rag quilt you could figure out how to do it without any problem. I haven't tried Googling "raggedy square purse" but you might find some instructions that way. You could use more blocks to make a larger purse but what I have described is really large enough.
