OK ladies - now I will finally post a picture of my block 9 - I am loving it in spite of the fact that I had accidentally reduced the pattern to 88% ugh.... :oops: ... so I will be embroidering just a little more at the top corners to bring it out to the right size! :roll: I used Kaffe Fasset fabrics on a Connecting Thread Iris Mirage background and embroidered using two strands of DMC rayon - I used two different shades of gold going through the hearts and instead of using the AOTH pattern, I followed the swirl in the fabric. Also, for the other heart embroidered sections I twisted a purple thread with a gold one to add a little interest.
