I LOVE finding new patterns for my scrap stash..... I now have at LEAST 3 scrap bins overflowing. Found this pattern at my LQS and knew at once I wanted to make it. Immediately, I was made aware of a lady who was undergoing surgery & would begin chemotherapy in 2 weeks. I knew I needed to make a bit of "comfort" for her while undergoing these nasty treatments.Today I delivered this quilt to her daughter.... who told me her mother's favorite color was yellow.... she begins the chemo tomorrow. This quilt was a JOY to create, and helped take my scraps down just a tad !! I will definately use this pattern often!! The name of it is EYE OF THE FABRIC STORM & it's designed by Kara Schorstein. Thanks for looking.
