Okay. Hands up I was stupid. I have just recently completed three applique quillows. Yes I used heat and bond. Yes I had a new Iron. No they don't like each other! Does anyone have a good suggestion of how to get the brown gooey gunky stuff off the non stick sole plate of my new iron? All suggestions gratefully received. (There did seem to be enough heat and bond on the fabric to adhere it to the background. I just think the mischief fairy was at work again. I was sure I was being careful!!!!) :oops:
