The Stylist, which is borderline vintage(about 1975) so I can post here is sewing more freely. I haven't found a way to drop the feed dogs, but I was able to FMQ with it by releasing the pressure on the presser foot. It did a nice job. I haven't sewn with the 301 today to see how she's doing.
