I was disappointed lately when ordering a rayon batik for a jacket. I bought the pattern and the store also had the fabric for sale. Well, the batik they sent did NOT look like what they posted online. I emailed the owner who stated, "I cannot change my web site with each hand-dyed bolt I receive." She did offer to refund me if I sent the fabric back. Very annoying in that the fabric online was very bright and what I received, very drab!
