What a genius idea! I'd never thought to do it on the longarm with a channel lock! Brilliant! OK, I understand that you pinned on a backing, then batting, then floated your stacked panels on a 45-degree angle, and used the channel lock to stitch the straight lines 3/8" apart. Olfa's chenille cutter did the rest. Do you bind before washing?
