been shopping with them for over 10 years- they offer free shipping at $35...i can always spend $35 and get free shipping- that's a big deal in my book- since shipping is usually a whole additional yard of fabric (or more)
they have wonderful customer service-
over the years there have been an occassional (very seldom 3 or 4 times in 10 years) problem with my order- which they fix very quickly- and very generously- as soon as i call them and talk to them about it.
once i received an incorrect cut- they told me to keep the incorrect fabric and they sent out the correct cut the same day-
once i received an incorrect fabric- again- i was told to keep it- and they sent the correct fabric right away-
their cuts are generous-their selection is great-
and customer service over the top!
