http://quilterscache.com/ ? She's got hundreds and hundreds of patterns listed, and they're all free. You can search by block name or block size. The patterns are marked with pins for degree of difficulty. There's also pictures of all blocks done, both with the software used to graph them, and "real" pictures of blocks/quilts made by the testers. I am sure you'll find something there.
This is an excellent site! You will find just about any pattern you need there in different sizes and well explained steps for construction the blocks.
