THis is great for family gatherings..easy to make, easy clean up...

BBQ pork in the crock pot..I buy a large whole pork tenderloin..trimmed of as much fat as possible. You can have the meat guy do a ROUGH grind to break it up, or you can do like I do and just cut it into 2" cubes.. whole tenderloin usually fills 3 large oval crock pots with meat cubes. Then I get 3 very large vidalia onions(or the sweetest you can find) and coarse dice those..one per crock pot..
then 3 cloves of garlic diced in each pot, then 2 TBSP of cracked black pepper, 2 cans of chicken broth per pot, and an entire bottle or 2 cups of BBQ...I buy a jug of sweet baby rays, but you can use whatever sauce you like of course!
That cooks on high for about 3-4 hours..stir occasionally, then turn down if you feel the need..it take about another 2-3 hours.
if you did not have it ground, then you will need to start "forking" it..take 2 forks and start pulling that pork apart...
NOTE--some people just toss a 3pound pork roast and do this..but I find that if kids are eating, it is too stringy, they don't eat it and it goes to waste...the smaller the meat the easier it is for all to eat it and you don't get waste!

I serve on reg. hamburger buns with some cole slaw and chips and a dill pickle wedge!
