The pink quilt is a kit. They used to be available at Herrschner's. I haven't seen them in a long time. They are beautiful and so easy to quilt. They are all marked for hand quilting and marked where the appliques go. They are usually in strips so you don't have to handle the entire top as you applique. Then the strips are sewed together.

It was a completed kit, but the panel strips were not sewn down.

I don't think they make them anymore either, unless you look on Ebay.
