I have ordered from them since they started their online business, about 12 years. They are great. I just got an order from them last Wednesday. I had ordered 4 pieces of pre-quilted fabric, one yard each; one piece came as non-quilted but had the right inventory label on it, another came as only a half yard. I called them immediately, she said to pack up the error pieces and they would have UPS pick them up and would send me the correct items, and she was very apologetic about the error. UPS came Friday, picked up the wrong pieces, and the new fab is coming Tuesday. Great service, in my opinion.
