Ya know what? I once saw a quilt that had 3D blocks in it and the long arm quilter (an acquaintance of mine) stood there, just looking at it, trying to figure out what/how to quilt it.
This quilt had lace, and flowers and all kinds of stuff-- I can't imagine how it would've been quilted but then, that was probably one of those $500 quilt jobs!!
