I recently bought a Qbot system and it works quite well. I don't know if it works with the Juki. Mine is an Imperial frame and a Pfaff machine. I had problems getting it set up and had to have the local store attach the drivers for me (the directions that came with the table were incorrect). I have been very pleased with the quilting and I don't have to stay right with it constantly, but you do have to be near by in case something doesn't work properly.
