I do all my swaps this way.. and I host a swap every month.. I will tape the flap down then I will tape all around front to back to make a 't' with the packing tape.. you will see when it arrives to you..
have you ever had any issues with the tape? ... the priority envelopes I have say they "must seal with adhesive provided" and our office has a worker who is very strict on tape so i am always afraid it will be rejected if I use extra tape.
No, my postal lady gladly accept them. as long as the envelope are not cut to fit.. I can the flap to -reinforce- the flap, and a piece of tape front and back horizontally and vertically to make a T.. and I tape a piece over the mailing label to reinforce it as well.. I dont have any problems.. She was the one who gave me the copy of the email..
