I still get the exercise induced asthma real bad though.

Have you tried the exercise with Oxygen? I read about it somewhere on the Internet and it sounds interesting. The
picture I saw was of a lady on a tread mill with O2 on her
face. Said the precess helped a lot with building up her lungs.

And check out some of the stuff online about food allergies,
and the family of different common foods. For instance, should
you have an allergy to carrots as my oldest DD with asthma and diabetes does, then she will always have to watch out for
other members of that family, and THEIR extended cousins~

It's usually made up of soy protein broken down into amino acids- one of which is glutamic acid. This amino acid is the main ingredient for MSG (monosodium glutamate). Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein may contain up to 40% MSG.
