What you do once you have this installed is go to print, check to make sure that CutePDF is in the box where your printer is usually listed. I do the same with another free PDF writer. You can see a review of them at:

I've also used the Print Friendly site. It gives you a chance to edit out stuff you don't want included. Just select a line and it gives tells you to click to delete it. That would give you the opportunity to remove unwanted lines.
