Jane, have you thought about contacting an administrator on the board to see if you can have a virtual thread for this topic? I don't know much about how it works. But, it seems like many would be interested to continually get tips and pointers, post their drawings/quiltings on such a spot.
I know if you do a search for Lostn51 who is Billy, he might be able to have some answers. He has the virtual "Vintage Sewing Machine Shop" and it has been going for well over a year. :-D
