Place raw chicken pieces in the bottom of your roaster or casserole. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Over this pour2 c. rice, set aside. Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup with 2 cups water. Whenr eady if it seems a pinch dry add some boiling water over it and let set, covered, for ten minutes. This doesn't happen often though, comes out really moist.
THIS is such a great recipe.. we always called it " Chicken don't peep"... LOL....
