I'm in, too. I don't mind sending out FQs if it keeps me on track. It's not that I wouldn't like to win, but at the end of losing weight, it's slower going and I can never top the loses we see. I'm glad this month's winners are in the 2 pound a week range. More than that after the initial week isn't always healthy. We need to be healthy first and slim second. Personally, I vote for slim AND healthy.
