Sandy, I love your blocks. I like how using different material gives the quilt an entirely different look.
I am making two quilts; one with batiks and one with brights. I really can't believe how much I have learned and how much fun it is.
Pam, Yes, it is quite expensive. Different groups charge different amounts. Ours only charges $10 per month. But it was $50. to sign up. That included the 5 yards of material for the background. I plan on quilting my own. I just got my new Janome Horizon and hope to do a couple practice quilts before I do this one.
We meet again next week. I can't wait to get my next blocks.
