You are not alone..I've had spinal surgery, knee replacement, mastectomy, carpal tunnel surgery on left wrist and a shoulder replacement following a fall on ice. I told my husband on our 50th anniversary he had half a new woman with the knee, breast and shoulder surgeries all on my right side. the left knee needs an over haul but I'm putting it off since my husband is dealing with a serious health issue.

A second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon may be helpful ..But I have found keep moving is helpful. My internist and orthopedic surgeon both suggested water exercise. Doing a workout in water takes the weight stress off the joints and really helps with strength and relief. I was afraid of water (near drowning incident in childhood) and my kids were really surprised I enjoy the sessions (classes) 2 x a week at our local health center pool. Remembering you in prayers.
