Compost being created! When it's full, I cover with a tarp to keep the heat in. Great fun on a frosty day to stick a pole in and watch it STEAM!

Chives planted around carrots keep the carrot fly off! And look pretty too! I don't eat these, I have more elsewhere that aren't allowed to flower, that I cut for cooking.
