You know what....that is really lovely and I can see your son loving this quilt for a long time. I could also do something like that using the different galaxy fabrics plus a plain colour or whatever to make up the triangles. Very sweet of you to share this with me and when I finally do start this quilt....I should have plenty of samples to play around with to do mine.
