Your application of your block into a runner is awesome. I have to get at that block this weekend and get yours off to you. It's going to be tough - now that I see your runner I'm going to want to make one up right away! Your assembly line process is how the Judy Neimeyer classes are taught - my Glacier Star (avatar) was all made like that with each unit being done assembly line style and then putting them together at the end. It really works slick. Maybe, I'll just have to make several of your blocks all at once.... :)
