That Dr. is such a jerk for telling you that. That would be the last time I'd go to him. I had trouble years ago with heart burn and told the Dr. about it and he did not take any tests or anything but told me to take Prilosec. I did for a very very short time and then started eating an apple every night and that took care of the problem, but never went back to him again.
